of course, yoshie cross-posted precisely to resurrect the beast in the 
first place.  precisely why i asked a year ago that my posts are intended 
for certain lists and among the reasons why i asked that my wishes be 
respected is because different lists have different histories, war wounds, 
dynamics that i either wish to engage or not.
