Legitimating war and 'humanitarian intervention

G'day all,

No, I'm not trying to launch yet another thread on one contentious hot-spot or
other (although I reserve the right to do so), but I find I must recommend a
(gasp) FreeRepublic site, which not only proffers some spirited
counterhegemonic empirical/anecdotal evidence on salient moments in the
(inevitably ongoing) Yugoslav tragedy, but affords a neat summary of the
development of public relations in politics, as brought up by Seth just now. 
I submit today's political economist just ain't across her dismal science
unless she makes the public relations industry her business.
