I have an image of the upcoming campaign. All of the "respectable" world leaders to sit around and select which groups represent terrorism. The Russians can nominate Chechens, Sri Lanka can nominate the Tamils, Israel can nominate the PLO and Hamas .... Each of the players will have to be willing to attack any of the "bad guys".
