I was one of the targets of Kliman's lawsuit. Part of the settlement that ended the lawsuit was an agreement that all parties to the lawsuit agreed NOT to talk about the lawsuit (except for the public statement published on URPE's website and to appear in a future UPRE publication). KLIMAN--and not URPE--insisted that this be part of the settlement. Therefore, I will not (now) respond to KLIMAN's mass-mailed public statement about the lawsuit. Eric Nilsson
