First of all, it's usually a bad idea once a participant's name gets put in the subject line.
I am sympathetic to Andrew's work. After all, I began working on similar lines about the same time. I have had articles rejected by RRPE, when I was pretty sure that I knew that the editor had different views than I did. When I was on the editorial board, I'm sure that some of the authors who received unfavorable reviews from me must have felt similarly. I'm not familiar with the case, but I think that the grounds for legal action seem very unclear. -- Michael Perelman Economics Department California State University Chico, CA 95929 Tel. 530-898-5321 E-Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
