I'm sorry Michael but I must respond to Kliman's message.

Andrew Kliman is lying. Again.

His message contained a clear threat to initate legal action against me. Any
reasonable person would read it that way. That is how Andrew intended for it
to be taken; that is how I took it. Why else would Kliman send a message to me-
-to ask how my family is doing?

It is disingenuous for him to claim otherwise.

Andrew appears to argue that simply because he did not use the phrase "I will
initate legal action against you" he has not threatened to do so.

But if a policeman stops you and _claims_ that you drove through a stop sign
and gives details about exactly how you drove through the stop sign he is not
simply making conversation. Kliman would argue that the policeman is simply
chatting when he _claims_ you drove through a stop sign and that the motorist
who was was told this would never even consider that the policeman might
actually issue a citation for driving through a stop sign.

I will try, as much as possible, to no longer respond to Kliman's lies.
