Here is your best bet: http://www.tcmb.gov.tr/ This is the Central Bank of Turkey website. It is both in English and Turkish. I will look to see if there are whether other websites in English that maybe useful to you. Maybe Michael Pugliese can offer some help. I have not seen anyone better than him when it comes to working with google. As to Michael's question, do you think a USA/IMF appointed governor of a neocolony would tell anything like the truth?
