Scientific studies conducted at the Institute for Eye, Nose and Ear Research in West Passaic, New Jersey have found that improperly formatted email posts can induce epileptic seizures. Dr. Sidney Weintraub, the director of the Institute, recommends the use of Internet Exporer, Netscape Navigator versions higher than 5.0 or Opera in order to eliminate the dreaded "staircase" effect.
