Of course not. Gramsci was a prisoner of the fascists and had to 
watch every word he said. He was elliptical and oblique, while Lenin 
was laser-like in his clarity. For those who are not confined to a 
fascist prison, a foggy obliqueness might serve other purposes, of 
course.
