Here in Jo'burg we show the film The Crash (Frontline) where that guy chuckles about all the amazing destruction he was responsible for within the Clinton Administration, with the fakest humility I've ever seen... A good lesson in US ruling-elite mannerisms that he apparently continues in print interviews.
