As far as I know, forecosures and delinquencies started breaking records at least three years ago. And since then, we have kept breaking records every new day. Then came the Fed easing of course. About three months ago, Henry C.K. Lui claimed that the buble would pop in six months. If he is right, then we can safely go to bed at night for the next three months without any worries. If he is wrong, I have no clue about what to do. Best, Sabri
