What follows is really a reaction to 1969, not to Bill's post, and the
danger I pose is some time away, if ever, but I think my point worth
making.

Bill, don't go that way. Any struggle against the horror of u.s.
imperialism is a long and torturous one. It burns people out. It can
become self-destructive and self-defeating. Other things are _always_
worth our time if only to keep us sane, and to aim towards a future
beyond the immediate struggle.

What I really have against the likes of Cooper and similar garbage is
that the clutter they create creates the likes of Weatherman in
reaction.
