Bush said Sunday during his weekly radio address. "This madman has every intention of firing back at our troops when we attack his country."
Yeah, how crazy is that? Firing back at troops who attack your country?
Who knows, if he's *really* crazy he'll order a preemptive first strike on the country that's threatening him with "weapons of mass destruction."
