Thanks a lot Max, that is helpful ! I am just not so familiar with US sources. To be honest, I am impressed by the quality of presentation of NIPA data sets you refer me to. When I was a Phd student in New Zealand in the 1980s, I had to go on my bicycle to the Stats Dept to get a print-out of the disagggregate data.
