I'm trying to locate text about a veto by President Eisenhower. A
Google search didn't do it for me.

Eisenhower vetoed a bill to deregulate natural gas (or deregulate a
portion of the industry). Eisenhower supported the bill but my
recollection is that after congress passed the bill it was learned that
one or more representatives had been given a bribe to support. So Ike,
in his purity, vetoed the bill.

Any ideas about where to look for the text of the bill? I don't recall
the date, even approximately. Maybe early in Eisenhower's first term
... but maybe not.
