Are we playing burden of proof here? What on earth is your point? I can think of lots of good things to do. Given my time, I defend habeas cases pro bono, go to NLG meetings, volunteer with the ACLU as a cooperating attorney, gove talks on the Patriot Act, participate as a legal observer at marches, occasionally write left wing philosophy, particvipate in these discussions. Does this advance the replacement of capiatlsim by socialism? Does it bring it any closer? It's hard to believe that it does.
