Yes. Ukraine is part of the Union of Four (Russia, Uraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus). The post-Soviet space is consolidating itself politically and economically. Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgystan and Tajikistan are also tilting toward Moscow. Even Georgia, in its own strange way.
