What a slime. Nothing in the WSJ obit about the time he was caught
cheating his partners -- and didn't go to jail. I remember his debate
(at Oxford?) with James Baldwin which revealed Buckley as someone who
would say anything. This is a moment when I hope there is a God, i.e.
a just one.
