There are two kinds of "discriminating" mortgage bankers. One kind
only makes loans to those who are reasonably able to repay them. The
other kind "red-lines" people based on ethnicity or zip-code because
they are too lazy to go to the trouble of verifying each individual's
credit-worthiness.

I assume you don't support the second kind of "discriminating" mortgage broker.
