huh? it's usually the plannists (advocates of USSR-style central planning or of improved substitutes) who claim that computing power facilitates the planning process. (The Chilean experiment was in this vein.) "Market socialists," on the other hand, tend to take plans with a spoonful of Hayek and see markets as a _substitute_ for computers. However, it's likely true that even though the market socialists would favor most high-tech stuff.
