alas, the otherwise excellent textbook MICROECONOMICS IN CONTEXT (by
Goodwin, Nelson, Ackerman, and Weisskopf) refers not only to "natural
capital" but to "social capital" and "human capital." When I use that
book, I instead refer to "natural resources," "social resources," and
labor-power.
