indeed. well, you have more patience for costner perhaps than i do. although
i do think that "waterworld" has some interest as a period piece -- although
sort of painfully obvious eco-drama and hating on cigarettes, etc., i'm
really glad that i saw it for free on a plane, if i had to see it at all. :)
actually, the costner movie i like is "no way out" -- where his flat
demeanor is a big plus. i guess i liked "the untouchables," too.
