Comrades, After many (six) years of our editor's shopping the project around, my book chapter on virtual capital theory finally got published this month. I apologize for its lack of orthodoxy (and math) due to editing (the Grundrisse is mentioned only once and artist(an)-as-proletarian not at all(sic)). However, given its price, it might be useful for recommendation to some academic libraries and has certainly revived my future writing and research activity - hopefully something more appropriate in Creative Commons as I get this idea to work a bit better now that I have more involuntary time to work on it and the necessary math.
