Sounds right to me. The Chinese favour joint ventures in which they retain a
controlling interest. They have also said they will allow Henry Paulson,
with whom they have a long and close relationship, to continue as Treasury
Secretary, but Yao Ming is being tipped as the new Sec State replacing Condi
Rice. It's been quite a day!
