Attention, attention! Here's my plan to rescue the United States of America. It's wicked smart! First, let's hope that Wall Street rallies BIG time today. Early in the morning, the Treasury and the Fed should continue reassuring Wall Street that everything is honky dory. Then, this is what the Treasury and Fed should do next: When the price of the financial institutions just rescued gets to its highest point today, sell it all to the money junkies! And short the hell out of those financial institutions that so far have managed to survive!
