In escalating degrees of socialization, it would involve 1) a more
democratic workplace; 2) local cooperatives; and 3) public
ownership/control of larger industries. Denmark is actually one of the
more hybrid Scandinavian welfare states--quite market-oriented, but just
as described, with considerable socialization of consumption.
