COMMENT
The _more thorough global keynesianism_ (as opposed to _global keynesianism 
light_) that I mentioned in my posting refers to political and economic views 
of post-keynesians like Cambridge (England) post-keynesians, EPI (USA) 
post-keynesians, the Global Marshall Plan advocated by Tikkun (the network of 
the adorable New York rabbi), and a number of post-keynesians in Canada, 
France, Italy, Australia, Latin America, Japan, South Korea, and elsewhere.
