Haven't read this yet, but from a libertarian standpoint it speaks to
the phenomenon of pwogs harkening back to bygone eras of shared
prosperity.  Might be amusing.  I always avoided that formulation in
favor of alternative, bogus formulations, while those around me did
the contrary.
