I mean it in the neutral sense (restructuring - alright, let's drop the Russian 
word. Perhaps Sabri O. could supply the Turkish expression?). I wonder who in 
the Obama circle has significant expertise in questions of international 
economic reform. For example, Stiglitz does not appear to be on the board of 
economic advisors - or is he?
