This doesn't make sennse. Success or failure inn what respect from whose
perspective? Objectively speakinng, I would still argue that the Bush
Administration was a pretty complete success, and in that framework,
Obama's contninuation of its "gains" in control over a possibly
obstreperous citizenry, like its steppee-up aggressiveness I
Pakistan/Afghannistan, are simply consnolidating or attempting to
consolidate the gains of the Bus Administration.

Liberals have a confusing habit of assuming that the whole world is
aiminng at the same goals as they (the liberals) are. It's just nnot so.
And in politics as in art, onen has to judge in terms of the aims of the
agennts, nnot in terms of some private wishes of the judge.
