Actually, the worst thing that Ravi did was to comment on a paragraph of
a much longer post that was intended to deal with the problems of
anthropology. But he obviously had no interest in what I wrote and just
used it as a peg to drape some rather shop-worn ideological garments on.
And, frankly, it still pisses me off that people still use Jared
Diamond, etc. in the subject heading when nobody gives a shit about what
I wrote.
