Madoff is headed for Supermax (because the sentence is for more than 30 years), but he's due for a "vacation" from there soon. He pled guilty to everything that they charged him with in order to avoid trial, but it was no use--because they didn't charge him with conspiracy. And that's the charge that will bring him home to New York to stand trial together with the rest of his posse.
