My cousin a libertarian rebel of his christian fundamentalist family, in
response to the observation that many Tea Party Marchers believed that
the Billionaires
for Wealthcare <jttp://BillionairesForWealthcare.com> were real, referred me
to Poe's Law and Poe's Paradox

"Poe's Law makes the clear point that it is hard to tell parodies of
fundamentalism <http://rationalwiki.com/wiki/Fundamentalism> from the real
thing, since they both seem equally insane. Poe's law also functions in its
converse: *real* fundamentalism can easily be mistaken for a *parody* of
fundamentalism."

Megan Kiefer (now at Comedy Central) made a Mockumentary about the faux
Billionaires for Bush, Get On The Limo, but found it difficult to do a
parody of a parody.
