We'll see, but I think this is wrong in saying that it is unlikely
that the Honduran Congress will support the deal. Negotiations with
Congress have been part of the current process - in which the US has
been deeply involved. I don't think the Zelaya camp would have signed
off on the deal if they didn't have a strong belief that the Congress
will approve it.
