Lincoln suspended habeas corpus during a revolutionary war against
slavery. Obama's suspension of constitutional rights is an extension of
George W. Bush's. Now, I do admit that Lincoln and George W. Bush did
belong to the same party, so I guess in the Alice in Wonderland world of
the CPUSA, this squares the circle.

CB: Oh now you take up the CPUSA/Aptheker line that the US Civil War
was a revolutionary war. Welcome to the real Marxist position,
comrade.

The Republican Party platform of 1860 was not much like that in the
Communist Manifesto and Lincoln waffled in his discussions of slavery
during the campaign, yet Marxists supported him. The Marxists
adovcated freeing the slaves at the beginning the war, but Lincoln
didn't do that, yet the Marxists still supported him. Marx and Engels
weren't sectarians like some who will remain nameless.

So, its a reasonable inference that he would support Obama.

Silly Rabbit , you are late for very important date.
