I was struck by this pair of quotations. George says that the US isn't
Christian, but Mike says nothing about Christianity (here). Rather,
people like Huckabee see the country as "Judeo-Christian." Yeah,
that's _code_ for Christian dominion, but we should recognize that
there's a public face.
