Once more, (not to you - but to this list - I did not notice any rebuke-response to my earlier comment in response to Eugene here) how do you expect a Capitalist lackey to do something that will be *unequivocally* for the working class? And moreover - without the sharp stimulus of a rising working class movement? When the British ruling class nationalised the patch-work of priavte insurers into the NHS they were impelled by the fear of the workers being inspired by the soviets. Exactly who are the US workers inspired by today? Not the current rah-rah left movement I fear. Moreover as Aneurin Bevan stated: "I stuffed the consultants' mouths with gold". This no doubt would have qualified in your terms as a move to be condemned. As someone who sees families being denied assistance daily, I think these *reformsit* measures - are welcome - though reforms. Hari Kumar
