I cannot off hand think of a single discussion of "the main enemy" that
was not in fact a theoretical and practical diversion from reality.

CB: Here are examples in which such a discussion is to reverse a diversion:

Workers are angry at scabs breaking a strike or union. Someone points
out that the "main enemy" is the boss.

Black workers are angry with white workers for racist discrimination:
Coleman Young or Dave Moore points out that the main enemy is Henry
Ford.
