By referring to the rule of free market ideology, are you saying that Duncan 
and Obama believe that market education is better than alternatives 
notwithstanding evidence?  That is to say, are you ruling out the possiblity 
that Duncan and Obama are indifferently predisposed to market vs. nonmarket 
education, but have concluded that (rightly or wrongly), as an empirical 
matter, market education is preferable?
