Pretty much every country maintaining diplomatic relations with Israel
considers the Green Line its border, including the United States. I don't
believe Israel has ever formally claimed the post-1967 territories,
excluding "East Jerusalem," as its own (which would raise certain
uncomfortable questions about voting rights and apartheid). Perhaps I don't
correctly understand your question?
