I wonder if some clever lawyer can turn the tables on Monsanto by
suing them for littering. After all they do claim to own the relevant
gene. Aren't you then responsible for not throwing properties that
belong to you on other people's land?

It won't work of course, because if corporations are forced to
confront their inherent hypocrisies, the economy would be turned
upside down. Still, it'd be a cool stunt..
