Select the text you want to exclude For Word 2007... click the Review tab in the Proofing group, click Set Language button In the dialog form: check the "Do not check spelling or grammar" box. For Pre-2007 Word... Click Tools => Language => Set Language command check the "Do not check spelling or grammar" box.
