While driving to work and listening to US National Public Radio, I heard a classic euphemism, i.e., "sensitive areas of Jerusalem" (which refers to Israeli-Occupied East Jerusalem, claimed by both the Palestinians and the Israeli state and being absorbed by the latter via slow ethnic cleansing). The next thought was: euphemism bingo! Every time you hears such a blatant euphemism, take a shot of whiskey.
