According to an article in the Telegraph one commander of rebel groups in Libya has links to Al Qaeda and fought against the coalition in Iraq. If these people see any foreign troops on the ground they will be the first to shoot them if Gadaffi forces miss. But then we can be assured these rebels will be sure to recognize their responsibility to protect innocent civilians.
