In view of the fact that I appear on common platforms with Heinz that might be 
a reasonable assumption on your part, but it is more a matter that he says he 
supports what Allin and I wrote than vice-versa. He is much more of an NEP 
sympathsiser than I am and is not always clear on how he sees the relationship 
between planning and markets in 21st century socialism. Where we are in 
substantial agreement though is in the transition stages that are needed to 
abolish exploitative relations of production, and the key role that the labour 
theory of value should play in formulating a transition programme.
