I think it's inaccurate to call Koch a "Libertarian." As far as I can
tell, he only wants to liberate those with a lot of money.

Alas, this violation of academic freedom represents more of a trend
(perhaps not a really large one) than an exception. Rich folks have
been setting up "chairs of free enterprise" and the like, while
objecting to the existence of any unorthodox economists (cf. Notre
Dame).
