alas, as soon as the "glass ceiling" is broken and the old boy's club
is totally integrated, I'm afraid that such women will no longer have
the outsider's point of view and thus avoid group-think. Also, the
head of the dept. of Labor (Solis) usually has to respond, to some
degree, to labor's stated interests, and is usually a person seen as
able to do so. A major exception, of course, was Elaine Chao.
