Peter,

For myself I always refer to the ALLEGED hijackers.  There is not the 
slightest attempt on the part of the 9/11 Commission to provide ANY 
proof that these alleged were on the planes.  Indeed, about ten of the 
identified were reported in various press reports that they were ALIVE 
AFTER 9/11 (and we are not talking about problems in transcribing Arabic 
names, because the claimed identities were much more elaborated).  The 
Commission didn't even bother to track down those reports.

You don't need to have watched any Perry Mason to figure out how to 
handle these allegations.
