Very recently Ram Sharan Sharma, an imminent historian of ancient
Indian History passed away. Prof. Frank Conlon has already shared the
news of the demise of Professor Ram Sharan Sharma. In the recent issue
of _Economic and Political Weekly_, Professor Romila Thapar has
written an intellectual biography of Ram Sharan Sharma locating his
place in the historiography on Ancient India. Following is the link:
