It's hard to figure Cockburn. What put me off was his climate
denial support. Idiot. Then his near complete silence on Tunisia and Egypt. Then
his hands off Libya and support for the Russian position on Syria.

On the other hand, I don't believe a single word coming from the US
administration The GOP is completely ridiculous or insane, take your choice. I
don't trust the US media on anything either.

So I am left with AJE, RT, and France 24. Each have their own agendas which are
deeply linked to the foreign interests of their respective governments.

There was a good discussion-debate about the geopolitical and regional power
politics of the Middle East on France 24.
See if you can find a link to watch today's France 24 `Debate'. One of the
conclusions was that when the US started the sectarian civil war in Iraq, it
set in motion a completely destablization of the whole region.

What worries me is that these kinds of insane foreign policies were the prelude
to WWI. This time it maybe the Middle East that ends in a world war fed by
proxie global powers. The only concrete explanation is oil, wealth, and
power---fed by the global elite who want to keep raping the world at will. It's
like nightmare science fiction, but it is real...
